Femasculine: An Integrated Leadership Model

Does your company culture produce more bullies than big, courageous ideas?

Is your team’s self-focused competition choking out creative collaboration?

Are you losing great people and don’t know why?

In companies + communities like these, there’s an imbalance at play…and it’s crushing the souls of the people in them. Not to mention, the company itself.

Our addiction to success is running, and ruining our lives.

And our heartlessness in business is killing us, our businesses and the world.

The way out lies in how we lead.

What’s going to restore balance and all that comes along with it—including more engaged employees, higher creativity, and being top talent’s employer of choice—is the pursuit of integration; gender integration in leadership.

In a workshop designed to expose the way masculine and feminine energies impact the success—or stagnation—of a business, team or community, Signy introduces the idea that effective and inspiring leadership is fluid.

This fluidity in turn catapults businesses to the top of their industries, by attracting incredible people with untapped creativity.

Breaking down the behaviours and mindsets that define toxic, distorted and integrated masculine and feminine—and their impact and influence in the workplace—Femasculine: An Integrated Leadership Model arms leaders with the insight needed to change the way they move forward and create the businesses (and lives) they want.

This model will activate:

  • Non-stop creativity.
  • Industry changing innovation.
  • The ability to attract cutting edge talent.
  • Leaders that engage employees to bring their best selves to work.

Femasculine Model

Through a 60-90 minute keynote filled with engaging stories, powerful exercises and active coaching, participants walk away with:

  • A realization of what’s not working in their company today, and why
  • An understanding of the work that’s needed to be done to actually encourage change that lasts
  • Honest recognition of their own natural Leadership Lean…and how it contributes to the reality they find themselves in and…
  • …a sense of urgency that gets their teams firing on all cylinders…before it’s too late.

Imbalanced systems (ahem…businesses) left unchecked won’t last.
Those that find their way into integration—into Femasculine leadership—are the ones that will.

Additional Options:

1/2 Day Workshop

In the half day workshop, people will learn the foundational concepts of the Femasculine Leadership Model, as well as get lots of hands on interaction with the ideas and tools of the Femasculine Model in an immersive and experiential learning environment.

In addition to the foundational concepts, the half day workshop will focus on one of two options:

Explore a deeper dive into their individual leadership development through the lens of Femasculine, or;

Unpack your organizational culture as it relates to Femasculine and the impact it has on the people that work there.

Full Day Workshop

In the full day workshop, people will learn the foundational concepts of the Femasculine Leadership Model, as well as get lots of hands on interaction with the ideas and tools of the Femasculine Model in an immersive and experiential learning environment. They will discover how and where the concepts apply, and what needs to be different to create greater impact, engagement and success. They will get to explore both how individuals can use this Model to become more effective leaders, as well as ways to understand the organizational culture they find themselves in, and how small changes could have big outcomes.

In addition to the foundational concepts, the full day workshop will provide the opportunity to both:

Explore a deeper dive into their individual leadership development through the lens of Femasculine and;

Unpack your organizational culture as it relates to Femasculine and the impact it has on the people that work there.

3 Part Series

In the three part series participants get a thorough exploration of the three key concepts of the Femasculine Leadership Model.

Part 1: The Femasculine Leadership Axis
Participants will learn about the Leadership Axis, discovering more about both the Range that is available to them to be an exceptional leader, as well as what more is possible as leaders change their degree of awareness.

Part 2: Exposing Toxic and Distorted Leadership
The second segment will expose the dangerous impact of the Toxic and Distorted levels of leadership, both Feminine and Masculine, and allow participants to understand how to recognize this energy in individuals and organizational cultures, as well as what to do about it.

Part 3: Integration, because the world needs both
The final part of the series will take a deep dive into the Integrated level of leadership, both Feminine and Masculine. Participants will learn how this makes a different to a team and an organization, as well as how to access this for themselves as individuals. It will also cover how to bring Integrated Feminine and Integrated Masculine together into Femasculine, because the world needs both.

3 Month Program

The three month program includes the three part series supported by 1:1 coaching, assessment debriefs, access to the Webinar Toolkit, and clear accountabilities intended to drive internal change. This program is intended for organizations that are ready to embrace new opportunities and take their leadership to the next level. As part of the programmatic approach we will do a baseline current state assessment and then a completion evaluation to measure the impact of the program on your organizational people and culture goals.

If you want:

  • Leaders that engage across the organization, and an inclusive company culture that leaves no one behind
  • A turned-on group of people you love working with every day with low-to-no turnover
  • Creativity (and money) flowing like crazy that fuels sustainable, long term growth

…then buckle up.

Because it’s time to do the work to take your company to the next level…or risk getting left behind.
