When I work with groups, from 25 to 2,500, from boardrooms to ballrooms, I take a stand for every person in that room. I demand they wake up to where they are playing small and selling out on themselves. Most importantly, I provoke new thinking and provide concrete steps to change what isn’t working. And always with a side of laughter. If it isn’t fun, why bother?
Participants leave knowing what is important to them, and they have an action plan. They know how to live a significant life in a superficial world. They become fully alive.
