I am choosing the change by holding my needs on a higher level (and all those around me will ultimately benefit). Oh the hypocrisy!! I love it! I appreciate that it is hard to hold clients accountable when you yourself are not doing the work and following what you KNOW to be true. So I say NO to making excuses, I say NO to putting myself last and I say NO to not making myself a space on my own priority list! Loved the webinar!
