Happy Holidays! I would like to say that I am grateful to have been part of your life this past year. And, ever the coach, I also wanted to share what has happened in my life this past year and invite you to take stock of the year we are leaving and consider what you want to create and who you want to be in this new year that is beckoning you toward it… so I have created a year in review sheet, a list of questions, for past and future, for you to ponder.
Read them over, only respond to the ones that call you, but do respond to some, take the time to honour yourself and your journey by reflecting on the past and shaping the future. Because I know you are up to big things and knowing what your north star is will help you get there. Let me know if you discover anything new or if I can be of any help on the road there.
This past year has been a big one for me. In July I attended the World Domination Summit and got my first taste of Brene Brown live. It was fantastic, she was fantastic and it really lit me up about her work on shame and vulnerability. So much so that I created a North American wide Discussion Group for her new book. Yummy!!
And speaking of learning… after years of resisting I finally took some of the Landmark Education training. As with anything for me (I am a bit of a discriminating learner) there were parts I loved and parts that I saw how it could be improved. But it is so fun for me to be in student mode every once in a while that I drank it in anyway.
Later in the year I started a project working with the Executive Bench of Microsoft. What an amazing group of people!
Last but not least this year I started creating some products (hopefully soon be to a part of a product line) – kicking off in March with the 21 Day SELF CARE Challenge, December has (not surprisingly) brought the 21 Day VULNERABILITY Challenge. More on that later.
I have branched out using social media! You can now find me on Facebook and Twitter. I would love for you to join me there so we can share stories of inspiration, success and gratitude.
I’ve also welcomed Stephanie James onto the Signy Wilson Team. Stephanie will be helping with scheduling, invoicing and everything in between, so if you need to be in touch or make an appointment, please email Stephanie at: stephanie@signywilson.com
I wish you and yours an excellent, fun, prosperous, and exciting new year!
